STE ENGIPHARM, S.L. offers and gives the online/webinar course on “Documentation and Data integration”, previous registration as detailed below, whose links and accesses will be provided to all the registered participants by e-mail.
The course will start on the specified date.
The course will be held via online/webinar from 9.00 am to 11.00 am on Saturdays
Service sales system
The course will be contracted online through the form provided and available on the provider’s website. Once completed and signed, the registration form and proof of payment will be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that the payment will be made after the registration form has been sent, it will be necessary to proceed with the payment of the price no later than three (3) working days after the registration date. In the event that payment is not received within the indicated deadlines, the Provider reserves the right to refuse attendance to the course, which will be provided online/webinar.
Form of payment and performance of services
Payment will be made by bank transfer to account number ES62 0081 5098 6800 0100 1307. Only after receipt of payment of the course fee will the registration be effective.
Payment must be received before the date of the conference and no later than three days after sending the registration form.
No discount will be applied for single registrations,
Price, discounts and taxes
The prices are as follows:
Single registration (without discounts): $35/hour.
More than one single early registration 10% discount on each registration.
The course material provided to students in digital format will be included in the price of the training.

The VAT rate applied is 21% and is included in the price.
Cancellation and refund policy
ailure to attend the course by the registered person does not entitle him/her to cancel the course or to a refund of the amount paid. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to email@example.com, at least seven (7) days prior to the course start date. In this case, the customer will be sent a voucher for the value of the amount paid for the enjoyment of future courses. In case of cancellations without the seven (7) days notice, the client will lose the right of attendance and the voucher.
STE ENGIPHARM, S.L. reserves the right to cancel, postpone or merge courses, with prior notice to the registered students.
In the event that STE ENGIPHARM, S.L. cancels the event for any reason, the student will receive a voucher for the value of the amount paid, which can be used for the enjoyment of any other training organized by STE ENGIPHARM, S.L., in the 12 months following the date of issue of the voucher.
STE ENGIPHARM, S.L. does not assume any responsibility in case of cancellation of the course by any person enrolled for personal reasons or if the company prevents the enrolled persons from attending the course under the agreed conditions. In the event that the registered persons cannot attend the course, substitutions by other members of the company are admitted without any additional cost, provided that such right of substitution is communicated with a notice of five (5) days prior to the starting date of the course.
STE ENGIPHARM, S.L. reserves the right to modify the panel of speakers and/or the topics of the course, without incurring any liability whatsoever. Notification of any substitution, modification, partial cancellation or alteration of the course program will be sent to each registrant.
Right of withdrawal by consumer users
The user will have 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. This period shall be counted from the formalization of the contract.
The contract shall be deemed formalized upon payment of the price by the customer.
The customer or user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Sending the right of withdrawal form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that the withdrawal is exercised within the period indicated, we will proceed to refund the amount without undue delay and in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been informed. Once the training has started and in the event that the course has started before the end of the period of fourteen calendar days, the service will be considered fully executed, being that the consumer user will have lost his right of withdrawal and therefore his right to a refund or reimbursement of the amount of the price.

Duration of contract
The duration of the contract shall be understood as from the moment of formalizing the payment in the contracting process, until the contracted service is received.
Applicable law and amicable dispute resolution
The applicable law governing these General Conditions of Sale is Spanish Law. Submitting any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
